HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO ArengiBox RISK STARTER ?
Subscriptions are to be made online (request, review & acceptance of terms, creation of account) .
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO ArengiBox RISK ANALYST, RISK MANAGER, OR RISK PARTNER?
Once you have made your subscription request, you will be contacted by an ArengiBox consultant to discuss your precise needs.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT MODES & SCHEDULE?
You will received an invoice at the start of each quarter. Payments are made by check or bank transfers.
I WISH TO UPGRADE FROM AN EXISTING ArengiBox INSTANCE.

WHAT ARE THE MIIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO RUN ArengiBox ON MY COMPUTER?
You will need a stable internet connection. ArengiBox supports Internet Explorer 11 Firefox 12, Safari 5, Chrome 15 and later.
CAN I USE ArengiBox OFF-LINE ?
ArengiBox is SaaS solution and can only be used online.
HOW SECURED IS MY DATA IN ArengiBox?
When in ArengiBox you will be using a secured / encrypted connection. Only users you have assigned roles to in your instance
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
Go to the log on page and click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link.
You will be requested to enter your e-mail address to receive a new password.
It usually takes up to 5 minutes for the system to send this e-mail – so go grab yourself a coffee and be sure to check your spam.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Click on the ‘My Account’ tab near the top right corner of the screen when logged in.
